Point of View Studios

Point of View Studios is a creative space dedicated to songwriting, recording, video editing, and photography, based in Portlock, Hawaii. Founded and managed by Brad Myers, the studio seeks to blend traditional creative songwriting and recording with new technology to produce original music and video.

The work coming out of the studio draws its energy from Portlock Point itself, home to one of the most iconic surf spots on the South Shore of Oahu, where the waves and the sunsets are nothing short of spectacular. The backdrop of this special place on the water shows up in the songwriting created at the Studio - majestic, untamed, and rooted in the unique nature of this place. The kind of view that makes you stop and pay attention, which is exactly what this studio aims to capture. This piece of land is special. In Hawaii, we call the land "ʻĀina," which is indeed something special and sacred in Hawaiian culture.

Our goal is simple - to create work memorable enough to make you want to come back and see what's new, from time to time. Whether it's a new song, a new video, or a photo series capturing a moment worth keeping, there's always something new to see and hear.
